Commercial control for pricing and finance teams
Know what you promised before you bill or change a price.
See where an invoice disagrees with an agreement, and who a price change would affect. Open any result to see the line, clause and calculation behind it.
The sample is a fictional company run through the real engine. No account or email needed. PactMeter never changes a price, sends an invoice or contacts a customer.

A rule for this customer could not be read (A price is stated in a letter that carries no reference, so no rule was taken from it), so its price cannot be established.
The problem
Promises live in documents. Prices live in billing. Nobody checks one against the other.
A price change overrides a promise
A list-price rise reaches a customer whose contract fixed the price for the term.
Invoices drift from the agreement
Lines are billed above or below what the commitment in force supports, one invoice at a time.
Exceptions end quietly
A negotiated price expires, or a letter changes it, and nobody notices which customers move.
What happens when you use it
From a folder of agreements to a decision you can defend.
Each panel below is the output for the synthetic company Corvane Instruments Pvt Ltd, computed by the same engine the product runs. Fictional data, real calculations.
01Input
Bring what you already have.
Contracts, amendments, price letters and forwarded emails as PDF or text, a customer list, and invoice lines as CSV, XLSX or JSON. You see the field mapping before anything is stored.
No integration and no billing-system access. Nothing leaves the workspace you upload it to.

02Analysis
Every commitment, read with the words it came from.
Rules-based extraction finds prices, holds, exceptions, amendments and end dates, and keeps the quoted clause with each one. A clause is tracked automatically only when it is found word for word and nothing in it is ambiguous.
What it cannot read exactly (1 item in the sample) is held for a person, not guessed.

03Evidence
A number you can trace, not a score you have to trust.
Each finding opens onto the invoice line, the commitment in force on that date, the exact source words, and the arithmetic. The same inputs always give the same result.

04Opportunity
What it is worth, and what a proposed change would do.
Money billed above or below the commitment is shown as a calculated amount, never as recovered. A proposed change is replayed on 16 recorded lines: who moves, who is protected and by which clause. It is history, not a forecast.

05Human decision
A person decides. PactMeter never acts on its own.
Release checks end in SAFE, REVIEW or BLOCK, and stay advisory until someone records a decision. A claim built on a reading nobody has reviewed cannot be approved automatically.
Decisions are recorded, with reasonsApprove
Hold
Reject
A finding is confirmed, kept under review, or dismissed with a written reason. Every decision lands in the audit trail with who made it and when.
06Outcome and ledger
Only a recorded outcome counts as money recovered.
Recovery cases follow a finding through review, verification and resolution. The ledger is append-only: potential, approved, promised and recovered are separate numbers, and proof packs and share links let someone outside check the work.

- Every example on this site
- Synthetic. No logo, customer number or result here is real.
- The engine
- Deterministic rules. A language model is optional, off unless configured, and the product says which extractor ran.
- Accuracy on your documents
- Not yet measured on real customer contracts. Unclear clauses are held for a person instead of guessed.
- Sending, charging, contacting
- Never automatic. You send any claim yourself and record that you did.
