Terms of service

Status of this text. It describes how the product actually behaves during its pilot stage. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and the operator details below may be incomplete. Nothing here is legal advice. The operator’s registered legal name and address have not been set on this deployment.

These terms are the agreement between InfinityOre (“we”) and the person or company using PactMeter (“you”). By creating a workspace, using the free scan or entering the demo you accept them.

  1. 1. What the service is, and is not

PactMeter reads supplier agreements you upload, compares them with business records you upload, and shows where the two suggest you may be owed money, with the clause, the records and the arithmetic behind each finding. It prepares claim drafts and tracks what you record.

It is analysis software, not advice. Findings are not legal, accounting or tax advice, and we are not your agent. We do not send claims to anyone. You decide whether a finding is right, you send any claim yourself, and you record what happens. We do not guarantee that any amount will be recovered, or that a finding is correct or complete.

  2. 2. The free scan and the demo

The free scan reads one agreement and one export in memory, shows a result, and deletes the temporary workspace. The demo uses fictional data, is private to your browser session, and is removed after 24 hours. Neither produces a claim, and amounts shown in the demo or on this website are synthetic and are not results anyone has achieved.

  3. 3. Your account and workspace

You must give accurate details and keep your password (or the Google account you sign in with) secret. You can see and end your signed-in devices, and delete your account, in Settings. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of people you invite, whose roles (owner, approver, analyst, viewer) you choose. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.

  4. 4. Your data

You own the agreements and records you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. You confirm you are entitled to upload them, including any personal data or confidential information in them.

Uploaded documents are treated strictly as data: instructions written inside a document are never followed. You can export everything in a workspace and, as an owner, delete it.

  5. 5. Acceptable use

Do not upload material you have no right to upload; try to access another workspace; probe, overload or attack the service; use it to make claims you know to be false; or resell it without our agreement. The fuller list is the acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms. We may suspend access to stop harm to the service or other users.

  6. 6. Fees

Any fee is agreed with you in writing before it applies and is stated in your workspace under Billing. The model we use is a success fee: a percentage of value that has been verified as recovered, meaning a recovery matched to a credit-note or payment record you uploaded. Value that is only claimed, promised, or reported without a matching record is never billed. Pilot use may be free. Details, including corrections and refunds, are in Fees and refunds. Taxes are added where they apply.

At the time of writing the service has no live payment processor: no card or bank details are collected through it.

  7. 7. Availability and changes

The service is at a pilot stage and is provided as available. We may change or withdraw features, and we will tell you in advance where a change materially affects data you hold. We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted operation.

  8. 8. Warranties and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or amounts you did not recover. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  9. 9. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time and, as an owner, delete your workspace. We may end or suspend your access for serious or repeated breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (fees already earned, liability, governing law) survive.

  10. 10. Changes to these terms

We will update the version above when these terms change and ask for acceptance of material changes. The version you accepted is recorded when you create a workspace.

  11. 11. Governing law and contact

The governing law and courts for these terms have not yet been set on this deployment.
