Change Guard: see what a change does before you ship it.

A pricing or finance person has a dangerous change in front of them. They upload the evidence, get an answer they understand, see why it is true, and decide.

  1. 1. Upload

Contracts, amendments and price letters (PDF or text), a customers file, and your invoice lines.

  2. 2. State the change

Tier, current price, new price, effective date, and how it is applied. There is no default rollout: an unclear change stops and asks.

  3. 3. Understand

Before anything runs, PactMeter shows what it read, what it held back and why, and what it thinks you asked.

  4. 4. Decide

SAFE, REVIEW or BLOCK from fixed rules, with the money, who is affected, who is protected and the evidence.

This is a real result from the product, on a synthetic company. Every number is calculated by the engine, and every quotation is from a document.

A rule for this customer could not be read (A price is stated in a letter that carries no reference, so no rule was taken from it), so its price cannot be established.

Every number opens onto the invoice line, supported price, source words, and calculation.

Beyond one change

The same state answers other questions.

Once your commitments and invoice lines are read, the same commercial state powers a price audit, a customer passport, an exception radar and recovery cases.

What PactMeter does not do: it does not replace your billing, ERP or CRM, does not change prices or invoices, does not contact your customers, and does not forecast. Read the limits.
