Fees and refunds
How InfinityOre charges, and when money comes back. The principle: you pay on money that has demonstrably come back to you, and not otherwise.
1. Nothing is charged until it is agreed
No fee applies to a workspace until you have agreed it in writing and it appears under Billing. The free scan, the demo and pilot use carry no charge unless we have agreed otherwise. The service currently has no live payment processor, so nothing is collected automatically.
2. Success fees: verified recovery only
A success fee is a percentage (or fixed amount) of a recovery that is verified: you recorded the outcome against a reference, and a credit-note or reversal record in the data you uploaded matches it by reference, supplier and exact amount, dated after the claim was sent.
- A claim that is sent, a promise, or an amount you report without a matching record is never billed.
- The percentage and any fixed fee are shown in your workspace. A change applies to future recoveries only.
- A fee is created once per verified recovery; the same recovery cannot be billed twice.
3. Corrections
If a recovery is later corrected downward (for example a supplier reverses part of a credit), the fee for it is reduced accordingly and never below zero. A fee already invoiced for the reversed part is refunded or credited against your next invoice.
4. Per-audit and subscription fees
If we agree a fee for unlocking the full audit or for monitoring, it is stated in your workspace before you pay. A per-audit fee that has been paid may be refunded on request within 14 days of payment if you have not downloaded proof packs or claim drafts from that audit; a refund revokes the access it paid for. Subscriptions can be cancelled for the next period.
5. How to ask
The contact address for billing requests has not yet been set on this deployment. We reply within a reasonable time and explain any decision. Refunds go back through the method originally used.
6. Taxes
Fees exclude taxes such as GST or VAT, which are added where they apply and shown on the invoice.
